Elizabeth Knox Home and Hospital, Auckland – Redevelopment and refurbishment project, Nikau wing now completed, a 60-bed rest home hospital. Kowhai wing is under major refubishment.

Omokoroa – units for Omokoroa Country Estate.

Insurance work – this division has increased and we are now the preferred builder for IAG in this region.
